Inclusions
Consulting fee (from the buyer): Rs. 24,999/- (Fixed and Fair price). This is our standard fee for assistance in the end-to-end process. All other charges are as per actuals (to be paid upfront).

Exclusions
Mandatory expenses: These include EC (Encumbrance Certificate) & Certified Sale Deed in the name of the new buyer, Document Scanning Fee, Village Panchayat Fee, etc. on the day of registration.
Out-of-pocket expenses: On the day of registration (Buyer).
Optional expenses: Differs on a case-by-case basis, additional expense may occur for SPA (Specific Power of Attorney), Affidavit, EC (Encumbrance Certificate), Mother Deed, Title deed, etc. Any other expense concerning taxation/GPA will be as per actuals.
Buyer has to pay approximately 7% charges of the deal value towards Stamp duty & Registration (6.6%), Franking, Logistics, EC, Mortgage Fee, and Transfer fee to Association, etc.
