The Company is engaged in the business of facilitating owners, tenants, buyers and sellers to explore and identify all kinds of immovable properties including buildings, houses, flats and other residential and commercial properties and enable them to carry on transactions of purchase, sale, licensing, leasing, hiring, renting or otherwise relating to movable and immovable properties and other related services (“Services”)

The following Privacy Policy describes how the Company (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and processes the information, which you provide to us through your use of our Platform, including the Application and Website, in connection with the Services we provide, as defined in the Master Terms. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use on an online portal of the Company. By clicking “I accept” when downloading the Application or accessing the Website and using our Services, you confirm that you have voluntarily provided us with Personal Information (defined below) and consent to its collection, use, disclosure, and transfer as per this Privacy Policy. 

You also confirm that you have the proper authorization from any third party whose information you share with us. We will rely on your representation of authority and will not make any independent inquiries to verify your authorization.

Additionally, we gather information that you willingly choose to provide us through the Platform, email, during interactions with us on call or chat, or any other forms of communication.’

We reserve the right to collect, use, store, and process your Personal Information for any purpose that may be permissible based on the consent obtained from you and under applicable laws in connection with your transaction with or on the Platform and/or for functions or activities of ZeroChaos. The collection of Personal Information by ZeroChaos is necessary for the Purposes, and you acknowledge and agree that such collection is for a lawful purpose and connected with a function or activity of ZeroChaos.

As a user, you acknowledge and agree that ZeroChaos may share, transfer, disclose, or provide access to your Personal Information to its service providers, partners, agencies, authorities, banks, and financial institutions, within or outside India, for one or more of the Purposes. However, there may be circumstances where ZeroChaos cannot correct, delete, or update your Personal Information, such as when it is opinion data kept solely for evaluative purposes or part of documents related to an ongoing prosecution.

We reserve the right to periodically update or modify this Privacy Policy.
